Providence Public School District (PPSD) leaders knew that creating equitable learning experiences for the district's large population of English language learners (ELLs) had to start with equitable teacher support.
“We didn’t have the capacity with our in-house coaches to meet the need before. Now we’re using e2L to support our teachers through one-on-one coaching centered on the practices that teachers are now implementing in the classroom,” said Jennifer Efflandt, Executive Director of Multilingual Learners.
